Are prices in NZD?
All prices are given in New Zealand dollars unless explicitly stated. To convert prices to your currency, use the Universal Currency Converter.
I would like to book accommodation upgrades prior to travel.
For those keen cabin upgrades, they can be pre-booked prior to your trip or each day on arrival into camp. If travelling during December, January or February we recommend pre-booking with us prior to travel as all cabin upgrades are subject to availability. To pre-book cabin upgrades there is an administration fee which is 10% of the total upgrade cost.
How do I get my refer a friend discount and when is payment processed?
This form does not automatically process any "refer a friend" discounts. Please contact us directly by phone or email and we can confirm your friends details and process any relevant discounts.
Can I pay a deposit?
We do offer flexible payment options. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Alternatively, by selecting the "hold a seat" option at the end of the booking process you can secure your seat for 48 hours whilst you confirm other details such as flights or insurance.
